Now is the time for hard patriots. The Presidency Has Been Hijacked. Fuck all niceties. The Presidency has been hijacked by the lesser midget putin, a malignant crazed meth smoking anarchist (bannon) and a mentally degenerative imbecile child crybaby with a kindergarten education (trump). As Charles Blow points out, they have hijacked the presidency and America will be taking that back right about now, thanks assholes. As Blow states, “Every now and then we are going to have to do this: Step back from the daily onslaughts of insanity emanating from Donald Trump’s parasitic presidency and remind ourselves of the obscenity of it all, registering its magnitude in its full, devastating truth.
There is something insidious and corrosive about trying to evaluate the severity of every offense, trying to give each an individual grade on the scale of absurdity. Trump himself is the offense. Everything that springs from him, every person who supports him, every staffer who shields him, every legislator who defends him, is an offense. Every partisan who uses him — against all he or she has ever claimed to champion — to advance a political agenda and, in so doing, places party over country, is an offense.
We must remind ourselves that Trump’s very presence in the White House defiles it and the institution of the presidency. Rather than rising to the honor of the office, Trump has lowered the office with his whiny, fragile, vindictive pettiness.
What should be striking here is what sane Americans feel along with him. The obscenity of it all. It is truly obscene if anything is. The scummy feel of it. And them. Which one, you ask? All of them. There doesn’t seem to be one person associated with this administration that’s not willing to completely debase themselves. Just humiliate themselves forever in the minds of the American people. People like Sean Spicer and Anthony Scaramucci. They are dead to the world in not only the now but in future forever. There is not one person that has seen him nervously tell lie after lie that will ever listen with anything resembling interest to what he has to say. Thing is, he’s not unique. They yoke him offstage with the giant hook and just trot out another ass. Even worse than the last ass. Ergo, Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
It’s just time. This isn’t going to get any better, if you are one of the ones that were waiting. In your heart you know (probably knew all along), hope is fruitless and at this point may make you complicit. There are many many very smart, very brave people that have been standing up, putting in hard work and going face to face with the orange ass and his minions from the beginning. It’s time for you and all of us that care about the nature of this country to join them.

It has become personal and that should not happened
    I trust that they will be as critical with the new President otherwise they must just close down

    Trump seeks only advantage, personal or professional, which, when compounded, he presents as wins. He is an opportunist where he measures advantage of the moment as win, or loss. If a loss, it’s a matter of loyalty, not his performance from faulty judgment.

However he’s doing it inadvertently in that his obvious corruption and traitorous behaviour has and is exposing all those politicians who have been enabling and supporting him, knowing full well that there is something seriously wrong with him and his presidency. When the truth is out, which it will be, and the dust settles, these self serving cowards will be exposed and their political careers will be over. Thus Trump will have helped to usher in a new era in American politics. Just not the in way his supporters thought it would happen.
